Trim: Cut the sheets to the size and shape of your scar using a pair of scissors.

Apply to Clean, Dry Skin: Peel from the liner and apply with the adhesive side down on clean, dry skin. Avoid stretching the sheets during application for best results.

Wear for 12-14 Hours: Wear your scar sheets for a minimum of 12 hours, but for optimal results, wear them for 24 hours.

Wash & Reuse: Gently wash and air dry sheets between uses. If you follow these recommendations, you can wear your sheets for up to 7 days before needing to replace them.
